I thought I would share a couple of cards I did over the weekend with you tonight.
Really, I just played until I liked something, sometimes that’s just the way it goes.
I am really liking this over-embellishing thing way too much! However, I am coming back to my common sense way of thinking and tomorrows post will reflect that. But for now…enjoy all the baubles!
Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Not funny to my poor hubby, but I gotta say I was laughing so hard!
Jim came in and woke me up, said he might need some help. So not a morning person, me, got up and got dressed only to peek my head outside where he was in the driveway….with 3 hoods up on 3 cars! Yeppers, 3 dead batteries! All at once!
Silly me, ran to get the camera, and here ya go…

I don’t usually embellish my cards this much. I have been blog hopping and found some ideas I wanted to try. So….I sat myself down and made 60 of these little stick pins yesterday. Yea….I can never just TRY something, I have to dig right in!
I forgot to tell you that Whiff of Joy is looking for additional designers! Why not try to submit something and see what happens! I did, and I have never done it before, but I figured, I love, love, love their stamps so much…why not? You can do it!
I am also a bargain shopper. These days I have to be so more than ever before. We are on a tight budget and I’m afraid my spending has had it’s day for the most part. That’s ok, because I have a lot of resources to play with. That’s what is so great about this particular craft! It can be very budget friendly if you are careful! It’s when we HAVE TO HAVE all the latest and greatest that we (I) stray away from the good old budget. Maybe some day I’ll learn! In the meantime, I still love the thrill of the kill in bargain shopping!

I want to post some of my other work and thought it would be best to seperate it into two posts. I have some Whiff of Joy stamps used on my cards here as well as more TAC, Verve, Cornish and of course, Daisy Doodles from Prima….love those things!

Wow, it is hard to believe it so close to Fall. The weather here in Kansas has been amazing! Very much unlike the August we moved here 19 years ago…yea, 110 that day!
I am including in this post some of the cards I’ve had partially made for awhile and I finally worked on them to finish them up!
I want to thank you all for coming to my blog! It always amazes me. I am posting the TAC images in this post and will make a second post with some Whiff of Joy stamps! Hope you enjoy these!

My favorite new stamps come from
Whiff Of Joy! I just love these little girls and angels! I am still learning to use the Copic markers, and these are the perfect stamps to learn with because they have so much personality!
Someday I’ll learn how to make my blog look nicer…today, this is what you get! I gotta make some more cards!
I love this little altered frame! I found it at a dollar store and bought several. I took them with me to a weekend event and worked on altering them . The girls loved them so much that I sold out immediately! And do you think I can find any more of these babies….oh NO. So when my hubby gets his tools set up to use again….guess what is at the top of MY list for him!!!
My new website is on hold until I can get all the merchandise in. I have received the Basic Grey 6×6 pads including the NEW ones! If anyone wants some, just leave me a comment with your email address and I’ll get right back to you. I also have the Daisy Doodles, from Prima. If you look at my website you can see them under embellishments. The Daisy doodles are the flowers in the jar. They sell for $5. The Basic Grey is under Paper on the site and it is $6. Check out prettiesinink.com to see what is coming!
Have a great and blessed weekend!!!
